Fortuna Pace / Information
Privacy Policy
A clear account of the information we collect, why we use it and the choices you have.
1. Introduction
Fortuna Pace Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit fortunapace.com or contact us through the website. We aim to collect only what is needed.
2. What we collect
Website analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated usage such as page views, referral sources and broad geographic region. This service is cookieless and is not intended to identify individual visitors.
Information you give us: When you use a contact form, we receive the name, email address, business details and message you choose to provide. Campaign enquiry forms also include short source and campaign labels from the link you followed, to help us understand which content generates enquiries. We store the submission and reply to you directly. We do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing email.
Hosting data: Standard technical request information, such as IP address and request timestamps, may be processed in server logs to provide and secure the website.
3. How we use it
We use aggregated analytics to improve the website. We use contact details to answer enquiries and keep relevant business correspondence. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4. Our service providers
Vercel hosts the website and provides cookieless Web Analytics. Neon hosts the database for contact-form submissions. Resend delivers the website’s enquiry notifications to our team. These providers process information on our behalf to provide those functions. Their own privacy notices explain their practices in more detail.
5. Cookies and local storage
The marketing website does not set first- or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising. A local theme preference may be stored on your device so the light or dark appearance is remembered; it is not used to track you. Read our Cookie Notice for more detail.
6. Retention
Aggregated analytics data is retained by Vercel for up to 12 months. We keep contact submissions and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain business records, unless deletion is requested and no legal reason requires retention.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Contact us to exercise a right.
8. Children
This website and our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will show a revised date here. For questions or data-rights requests, use the form on our Contact page.
